About the Author

Karen R. Blake, MBA, lives with her husband and child in Baltimore. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College. Karen is a past president of the Rotary Club of Baltimore and has served on various non-profit boards.

In addition, she also owns and operates a non-profit consulting firm, Certified Non-Profit Consulting, LLC, specializing in volunteer management. As a brain cancer survivor, Karen writes to inspire others.
